Eligibility Requirements

  • Be a Canadian Citizen.

  • Have been in business for a minimum of six months.

  • Revenue generating- under $500K in annual revenue ( * We encourage all revenues to apply, we just want to ensure you’re pass ideation stage.*)

  • Over 18 years of age.

  • Women-identifying or underrepresented genders (100% ownership or majority owned)

Application Steps

  1. Fill out the google form with the application questions, please note:

    • You will submit your 2 min video introducing yourself in the google form.

  2. Create and attach your 2 min video to the google form application - no fancy production needed.

  3. Submit your google form application.

  4. Download our financial projections template - make a COPY, fill it out. Why are we asking? Click here.

  5. Email your financial projections in a PDF + any additional (up to 2) documents you would like to attach to your final application.

  6. Follow-up the label instructions below when submitting the final part of your application.

First Step of the application process is to answer the following questions, we recommend you write out a rough draft in google docs - then copy and paste your answers to the google form once the rest of the application is ready.

  • Here are the main questions:

  1. Describe the mission, ethics, and values behind your company

  2. What is your unique value proposition?

  3. What problem are you solving?

  4. What is your revenue model? How much revenue have you made to date?

  5. What is your company’s impact?

  6. What traction/ milestones have you accomplished to date?

  7. What are three setbacks that you or your company faced and what were the key takeaways you learn from the experience?

  8. How would you use the available funds? How would this initiative accelerate your business?


Second Step of the application process is to create a (up to) 2 min video explaining a little bit more about yourself and your business. In this video you should try and cover the following:

  • Who you are?

  • What’s your business?

  • Why and what you would use the funds for?

  • How will the mentorship + this funding impact you?

It doesn’t have to be a big production, iPhone submission are totally fine and won’t weigh the scoring criteria. Once completed- upload the video to the same google form.

Fill out the rest of the questions and then submit your final google form.


Third (& Final) Step - submit your financial projections with our provided cash flow template + any additional documents (up to 2) that you would like to attach to your final application. Please follow the steps below for your final application submission:

  • Download the financial template - make a new copy on google excel.

  • Fill out the template, once completed download as a PDF.


  • Attach your PDF and 2 additional documents that you would like to add to your final application via email.

  • Email with the subject line: FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME_BUSINESSNAME

After your final submission, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
