Title: Director of Operations

The Tease Tea Founders Fund was created to support all women identified entrepreneurs during every stage of their entrepreneurial journey. Started by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, we believe it’s never too early or too late to start giving back during the entrepreneurial process. The world doesn’t need one company or one person to make a difference but we need thousands.

With a successful pilot program under our belts, we have big plans for the upcoming year.  Our lean team is looking for a Director of Operations to help us level up and reach hundreds of women- identified entrepreneurs with our upcoming 2020 initiative.  We are looking for an individual who understands the long term vision, optimizes our internal processes and carries the entrepreneurial spirit in everything they do. There is a massive opportunity and growth for this role, it’s a good combination of high level strategy but also focus on results and execution ... and the best part is that we are only getting started.

You’ll be working on things like:

  • Building and cultivating relationships with all internal stakeholders and proactively identifying & solving customer problems.

  • Provide program stakeholders with regular updates on performance and collect feedback to discuss with our internal and external partners directly.

  • Research, implement and manage automation tools for internal and external process and systems. Responsible for monitoring success of tools and routine maintenance on all systems.

  • Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day to day decisions.

  • Working with the CEO to set operational goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed to improve operational performance.

  • Responsible for all stakeholder onboarding support and processes - ensuring our stakeholders feel valued and clear on the expected experience with engagement.

  • Determining our impact tracking system + collecting relevant data to ensure social impact organizational goals are met.

  • Be agile and jump into different projects and tasks with a startup mentality and mindset.

You’ll need to be:

  • A Creative Problem Solver.

  • A Self starter + motivator

  • A strategic thinker, but also a killer executer. 

  • Excel Wiz - Process Queen - you thrive off efficiency and loves process.

  • Up to date on the latest software + tools for internal automation.

  • A team player - sometimes, things just need to get done or someone needs to bounce ideas off you for an upcoming project.  

  • Aware of the intersectional barriers that Women - Identified Entrepreneurs Face.

    + if you have experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem

    • It would be great though not required if you have experience using Shopify, Canva, Google mail, Google drive, and/or Google analytics
